Growing Stronger Through Change will give healthcare employees new skills to effectively engage the constant change people experience in their professional and personal lives.

The seminar examines the psychological and physiological response to change, and develops new perspectives on skills that empower us to harness change for personal growth.

To assess and better understand our relationship to change and the change process.

• Examine the psychological and physiological responses to change;
• Discuss the differences between imposed and intentional change, and use the Bridges Model of Transitions to understand the change process;
• Practice two vital communication skills for dealing with change and transitions – reframing and powerful questions;
• Develop new perspectives about how to use change and transitions to grow in strength.
