2. If I become a BCNU associate will BCNU bargain my collective agreement and represent me in the workplace?

Associate Membership does not legally allow BCNU to bargain collective agreements or provide workplace representation. See the answer to Question 6 about full membership in BCNU.

BCNU associates can receive advice with regulatory (licensing) and labour relations issues (grievances or arbitrations) from BCNU's experienced labour relations professionals.
